The video is a training tools that can be used with CMI’s Advanced training handbook or as stand-alone training video for hard floor care.  They combine a thorough overview of routine daily and long-term project floor care tasks with humor and lots of demonstrations.

Certification exam comprised of multiple-choice and true/false questions taken from the information contained in Custodial Technician Advanced Handbook.

The Custodial Technician Basic Examination is comprised of multiple-choice and true/false questions taken from the information contained in Custodial Technician Basic Handbook.  The exam is divided into 5 separate modules, one for each area of study covered in the Basic Level.  Students are permitted one hour to complete each section or exam module. Exams must be purchased and administered by a student’s manager or supervisor.
