Certification exam comprised of multiple-choice and true/false questions taken from the information contained in Custodial Technician Advanced Handbook.

The Custodial Technician Basic Examination is comprised of multiple-choice and true/false questions taken from the information contained in Custodial Technician Basic Handbook.  The exam is divided into 5 separate modules, one for each area of study covered in the Basic Level.  Students are permitted one hour to complete each section or exam module. Exams must be purchased and administered by a student’s manager or supervisor.

The Custodial Technician Advanced Level handbook covers 3 different cleaning subjects.  This student handbook contains information about cleaning processes, procedures, and more.
